ESG ADVISORY SEE is founded in November 2023 in Novi Sad, Serbia and partners with RIMM - Sustainability, as exclusive partner for SEE region, but with willingness to support worldwide ESG initiatives as well.
We are a software provider and advisory firm that helps financial organizations and SME sector to achieve business growth in line with sustainable and responsible principles. We offer personalized solutions (Carbon Calculator, materiality maps, Sustainability reports…) which provides ESG framework with its utility, simplicity, productivity and efficiency. We strongly believe that private individuals and business entities must contribute to healthier environment in line with best business principles that generate economical and environmental growth.

Milorad Klačar
Milorad Klacar is cultivated professional with more than 13 years of experience in financial and IT industry. During his carrier he worked for a regional SME and Sustainable bank Procredit where he gained great experience in SME, Environmental topics and Business Development. He obtained various positions such are Head of Business Development Unit and ESG Unit Lead.
As part of IT career, Milorad conducted multiple roles that skilled him in Delivery and Solution Management, ESG, Go To Market and Value proposition due to his roles as Country Manager, Go To Market Lead for IFIs industry and Solution and Value proposition Lead.
Vladimir Rajić
Vladimir Rajić is an accomplished banker and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked for a regional SME and Sustinable investments bank ProCredit in various countries in Balkan region, where he gained extensive experience in SME, corporate finance, and agriculture finance with special focus on Enviromental and sustainable financing.
Vladimir worked on various positions such as Head of Corporate and SME; Head of Credit Risk, Member of Management Bord - CRO, Member of Supervisory Board.
